The Writer’s Toolkit is a print resource compiled by a team of Champlain instructors. If your teacher has suggested that you use the Writer’s Toolkit, come by the reference desk (Monday-Thursday 9:00-4:30 and Friday 9:00-4:00) and we will point you in the right direction.

How do I search for newspaper articles?

The Unlocking Research guide provides excellent tips and tricks on searching for and accessing newspaper articles. To find newspaper articles through the library website, we suggest searching the Canadian Major Dailies database or the Canadian Business & Current Affairs database (both available from the “Articles” page on the library website).
