Magazine

A periodical containing a collection of articles, images, and news items that are written for the general public.

Though magazines usually specialize in a particular subject they do not contatin scholarly or peer-reviewed material. The articles are written by journalists or staff writers.

MLA Style

 

One of several styles used for citing sources.

The Modern Languages Association (MLA) is responsible for the MLA style used in preparing research papers in the field of humanities.
